The design is protected. If a stem is out of season or sold out, our florists substitute an equal or higher grade bloom in the same colour palette so the arrangement keeps its look and value, and we confirm any major change with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Five to seven days is standard, and ten or more is common with care. The card included with every delivery covers the routine: trim 2cm off the stems at an angle, refresh the water every other day, and keep the vase away from direct sun and air conditioner draughts.

Yes. Office deliveries are daily work for our team across Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki and Ikeja business districts. Provide the company name, floor and the recipient's phone number, and we coordinate quietly with reception so the moment lands properly.
