Terms and Conditions

1. Orders and confirmation

An order is confirmed once payment has been received. We confirm every order on WhatsApp or by email. Please check the recipient’s name, phone number, delivery address, date and card message carefully, because we deliver exactly as provided.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Nigerian naira (N) and are shown on each product page. Delivery fees depend on the delivery area you select and are shown before you pay. We accept card payments and bank transfers. Prices may change without notice, but the price you paid at checkout is the price of your order.

3. Delivery

• Orders placed by 6PM Lagos time can be delivered the same day within Lagos. Orders placed later are delivered from the next day.
• Delivery time slots are a guide, not a guarantee. Traffic and weather in Lagos can occasionally cause delays, and we will keep you informed.
• If the recipient is unavailable, we will contact the recipient and then you to arrange delivery to a neighbour, colleague, security post or a new time. A second delivery may attract an additional fee.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or phone number, or by the recipient refusing the delivery.

4. Flower substitutions

Fresh flowers are seasonal. If a flower or container in your chosen design is unavailable, we will replace it with one of equal or higher value in the same style and colour palette, so your gift keeps its look and value. For major changes, we will contact you first.

5. Product images

Our photos show the style and quality of each design. Because every arrangement is made by hand with natural flowers, the final arrangement may differ slightly in shape, shade or bloom stage.

6. Freshness guarantee

Our flowers arrive fresh. If there is a problem with the quality of your flowers, please send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace the arrangement or agree a fair solution with you.

7. Changes, cancellations and refunds

• You can change or cancel an order free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date.
• Same day orders and orders already being prepared cannot be cancelled, because fresh flowers are arranged for each order.
• Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

8. Gifts and add-ons

Chocolates, wine, champagne, teddies, balloons, perfumes and cakes are subject to availability and may be replaced with an item of equal or higher value. Alcohol is only delivered to adults aged 18 and over.

9. Card messages and privacy

We write your card message exactly as you provide it. We use your details and the recipient’s details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information.

10. Allergies and care

Some flowers and plants may cause allergies or be harmful to pets if eaten. Please keep this in mind when choosing a gift. Follow the care card included with your order to help your flowers last longer.

11. Events and decor

Wedding, event and corporate decor orders are confirmed by a separate quote and agreement, which sets out deposits, timelines and cancellation terms for that event.
