Lovebug Florist runs lovebugflorist.com and delivers flowers and gifts in Lagos, Nigeria. We collect the details needed to take and deliver your order: your name, phone number, email and address, the recipient’s details, and your card message. We use them only to process and deliver orders, reply to you, and send offers if you subscribe. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store card numbers. We share details only with our delivery riders, payment providers and business tools, and we never sell your information.

Google user data

Our internal tool “Lovebug Claude Datasources” connects only to our own business Google accounts (Gmail, Drive, Docs and Sheets) to help us manage orders and records. This data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared except as described above. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
