Yes. Order before 2PM and it is arranged fresh that morning and delivered the same day anywhere in Lagos, island or mainland. In central areas like Victoria Island, Ikoyi and Lekki Phase 1, express delivery lands within 2 to 4 hours of ordering.

The design is protected. If a stem is out of season or sold out, our florists substitute an equal or higher grade bloom in the same colour palette so the arrangement keeps its look and value, and we confirm any major change with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Five to seven days is standard, and ten or more is common with care. The card included with every delivery covers the routine: trim 2cm off the stems at an angle, refresh the water every other day, and keep the vase away from direct sun and air conditioner draughts.

Yes. A free message card is included with every order, written with your exact words. If the words will not come, tell the team the occasion on WhatsApp and we will help you phrase them.

Yes. On request we photograph your finished arrangement before dispatch and send it to you on WhatsApp. On premium and VIP orders this is standard practice.

It is arranged as close to dispatch as possible, then travels with hydration support and shade the whole way. That routine is why arrangements arrive in Lekki or Ikeja looking like they just left the studio, because in effect they did.

Yes. A large share of our orders come from the UK, US and Canada. Order online from anywhere, pay securely by card, and we deliver in Lagos with your message, same day where the 2PM cutoff allows. You receive WhatsApp confirmation and proof of delivery.
